According to feedback from numerous customers, the PN series plastic spools commonly experience issues with the axle sleeves becoming loose during production. The company organized technical personnel and key production staff to work day and night to tackle this problem, successfully developing a patented production process product—the "400 and 500 type ABS engineering plastic anti-loosening turnover spool." This innovation has effectively resolved a long-standing production issue for customers, reduced their production costs, and received unanimous praise. The company promises that if the anti-loosening series spools experience axle sleeve loosening within two years, they will be replaced free of charge! The anti-loosening plastic spools are widely used in the winding and unwinding processes of fiber optic and wire and cable production, and are suitable for producing electrical wires.

My colleague Chang Hongxian watched the globally popular movie "Fast & Furious 7" at the cinema last night, and saw a product I am familiar with: the spool. It appeared to be 2-meter and 1-meter corrugated spools.
