The disadvantage is that after long-term use, the cost of rust prevention is high, and galvanized products cannot avoid the impact of time and humid weather on the product. Moreover, it is difficult to repair when deformed or damaged. 
Plastic I-shaped Wheel: Made of specialized engineering plastic injection molding for plastic cable reels, the product has high precision, advanced structure, reinforced side plate reinforcement, good balance performance, high strength, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, and the balance accuracy can reach 6.3 level or above. The overall structure is made of plastic and metal, ensuring the requirements of the shaft hole and conductivity. The product components can be disassembled and replaced, making maintenance convenient. Generally, according to the customer's equipment requirements, different strength and precision I-wheels can be made. The disadvantage is that the length of the cable is meters, which may cause deformation of the flange (disc) due to the large capacity.
Wooden I-shaped Wheel: The side panels are made of multi-layer plywood, and different grades of kraft paper tube cores are used according to the purpose and requirements. The tube core is waterproof and has a high load-bearing capacity. Paper H-shaped wheel: Made of single-sided white grey board paper. Currently, Jiayou Company has independently developed two major structures: a whole tinplate iron core and a plastic sealed all paper wire reel. The paper tray is lightweight, environmentally friendly, and cost-effective. It can print different contents on the side panel according to customer requirements, with both graphics and text. The disadvantage is that it has limited load-bearing capacity and is preferred as a packaging product, but it is only for one-time use. It is generally believed that the disadvantage of being easily affected by moisture currently does not have a significant impact. Usually, cardboard boxes are added outside the packaging tray, and the situation where cardboard boxes do not affect it will not cause any damage to the internal packaging.
