Technical measures for the safe connection of high-voltage cables.

Technical Measures for Safe Connection of High Voltage Cables 1. The wiring work of high voltage cables must be carried out by dedicated electrical operators and specialized electrical maintenance personnel. Operators must undergo training in "Safety Operating Procedures" and relevant specialized technical training, and must pass examinations to obtain an operating qualification certificate before they can operate electrical equipment. 2. Operators must strictly implement the power-off and power-on system before stopping or supplying power. Before operating the main circuit of high voltage electrical equipment, operators must wear insulated gloves of the corresponding voltage level, wear high voltage insulated boots, or stand on an insulated platform; strictly implement the "Two Ticket System". When stopping the switch cabinet, the circuit breaker must be turned off first, followed by pulling the isolating switch.

Technical measures for the safe connection of high-voltage cables

1. The wiring work of high-voltage cables must be carried out by dedicated electrical operators and dedicated electrical maintenance personnel. Operators must undergo training in "Safety Operating Procedures" and relevant specialized technical training, pass examinations, and obtain operation qualification certificates before they can operate electrical equipment.

2. Operators must strictly implement the power-off and power-on system before stopping or sending power. Before operating the main circuit of high-voltage electrical equipment, they must wear insulated gloves of the corresponding voltage level, wear high-voltage insulated boots, or stand on an insulated platform; strictly implement the "two-ticket system". When stopping the switch cabinet, the circuit breaker must be turned off first, followed by pulling the isolating switch. After power-off, a warning sign "Work in Progress, Do Not Close" must be hung on the corresponding transformer cabinet.

3. Before wiring, the gas concentration at the work site must be checked. Wiring work is strictly prohibited when the gas concentration exceeds 0.5%, and it must be reported to the dispatcher immediately.

4. Electricians must strictly follow the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations" and the "Completion Standards" during wiring.

5. When the high-voltage cable junction box needs to be suspended on the coal wall, it must be hung securely and reliably, and measures must be taken to prevent the junction box from crushing the cable.

6. When suspending the junction box, lifting tools must be used, and a designated person must direct the operation to prevent the junction box from falling and injuring workers and equipment.

Selection of insulation for power cables

1. The rated power frequency voltage between the cores of power cables must not be lower than the working line voltage of the circuit in use.

2. The rated voltage between the power cable core and the insulation shielding layer (or metal sheath) should meet the level required by the grounding method of the neutral point in the power system and its operating requirements. In a non-directly grounded neutral point system, when the time to cut off a single-phase grounding fault does not exceed 1 minute, 100% phase voltage can be taken; when the time to cut off a single-phase grounding fault is between 1 minute and 2 hours, 133% phase voltage is recommended.

3. The impulse withstand voltage between the power cable core and the insulation shielding layer (or metal sheath) should meet the lightning impulse insulation level required by the system insulation coordination. If necessary, calculations should be performed.
