The performance and quality of cables are controlled by three key indicators.
Cable manufacturers often reduce costs by controlling the thickness and width dimensions during production, and even by decreasing these dimensions. If a wrapping process is used, they may also increase the pitch size and reduce overlap. However, these measures quickly lead to risks in structural quality, resulting in numerous quality issues. Controlling key indicators is especially important.

Reelis an important hub for the packaging and transportation of wires and cables.Winding reelThe process is relatively simple, so the requirements for wires and cables are higher. The three main indicators of metal conductivity, tensile strength, and elongation rate play a major role in the performance and structural quality of cables. After the cables are laid, resistance to environmental corrosion is also a significant test of the metal quality and lifespan of the turnover reel. The conductivity, elongation rate, and poor resistance to environmental corrosion of copper-clad iron-based materials; the low tensile strength and difficult control of environmental corrosion issues of copper-clad aluminum-based materials, especially since copper ions are one of the main causes of pitting corrosion in aluminum. These imperfect indicators make it impossible to compromise on quality and cost. How to achieve a good combination in material cost, electrical performance (good effect), structural quality, and environmental corrosion resistance has long troubled the research and development of metals.
Therefore, bimetallic composite materials have not been widely promoted, and the application of pure copper strips in wires and cables remains mainstream!4方面做到好的组合，长期困扰金属的研究和发展。双金属复合材料因此并未推广开来，纯铜带在电线电缆中的应用仍是主流！
